Comments:
This
was scheduled to be a 4 day weekend for Dave and Kelsey, our friends from
Florida.
We got
started early Thursday morning and the 4 hour drive was uneventful. Upon
arriving in the forest, we began to hear a funny noise, lo and behold -- a
flat tire (OK, it was only flat on one side).
After about 45
minutes unhooking the camper, changing the tire (thanks Dave!!!) and hooking
back up, we went in search of a camp site.
A nice site was
available along the North River on FR 95 and with the extra hands the camp was
set up in no time.
Other than a
little rain, it was a great weekend!!
Handicapped Availability:
None. This
area is for dispersed camping in the forest. Holes, roots, rocks and
other objects are the norm.
