Comments:
  We took this trip
to watch a wonderful young woman graduate from Lyon
  College in Batesville, AR.

  We always look
for somewhere to camp if possible so Natasha can come on the trip, and without
  any recommendations we picked Jacksonport.

  I have to say
this was a great choice.  The campground sits on the banks of the White
river and consists of 20 water/electric sites.  Most sites are shaded by
trees and the caring staff keeps the place immaculate!

  I won't say which
is my favorite, as we will be returning but I will say all of them on the
  river are great.

  Handicapped Availability:

  The campground
has one handicapped site, but as all of them have level cement pads, almost
any of them are handicapped accessible.  The bath house has roll in
showers with a fold down seat in at least one shower stall.  It should be
noted that the entire campground is in a flood plain, so the bath house is
built on stilts.  While a wheelchair ramp is provided, it is about four
levels to get to the top.
